About Shri Manidhari Enterprises
We have been buying, cleaning and selling pulses from Ratlam since 2000.
Chickpeas are our main business. We handle Desi and Kabuli chana in volume, graded from 6mm through 12mm, alongside moong, green peas and soybean.
Ratlam sits in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh — the state that produces more chana and more soybean than any other in India. We buy from farmers and from mandis across this belt during the arrival season, when quality selection is widest.
Everything we buy is processed at our own facility. We run a complete line: cleaner, de-stoner, grader, gravity separator and colour sortex. Because none of it is outsourced, we can hold a specification across repeat orders rather than hoping each consignment resembles the last.
Supplying international markets
Pulses cleaned and graded at our facility have been reaching international markets for years — under other exporters' names. Buyers overseas have been receiving material we sourced, processed and stood behind, without knowing where it came from.
We now deal with international buyers directly. Same material, same facility, same people, one less layer.
